Welcome to Fourth Grade !

Homework-

Special Schedule 2023-2024

  HOMEWOrK

This is a very short week due to Ascension Thursday and a day off on Friday. I wanted to express my gratitude for the beautiful orchid sent to my room from the lovely parents and wonderful children of Gr. 4. I am truly blessed to be with them at this time.

Tuesday: Our students can celebrate book week by bringing in something that is reminiscent of one of their favorite books, preferably a 4th grade book. They can use an accessory from their book talk. Uniforms are preferred, but if there is a shirt that is symbolic of one of their books, they may wear that.

N. B. Students should not be using calculators for math homework.

Curriculum information:

Religion: We will be taking a quiz (open book) on the Fifth Commandment chapter this Wednesday. We will complete the commandments and then go into learning about the parts of the Mass.

Math: Ch. 10 We are into Ch. 11: Addition and Subtraction of Fractions (I may accelerate this, because it is a super easy chapter.
