How to Volunteer
Parent volunteers are the heart and soul of our school community. You can support our school by helping at lunch, monitoring the recess yard, helping in the office or chaperoning field trips. Please visit our Volunteer Page to sign up to help.
Safe Environment (according to Pennsylvania Child Protective Services Law):
We have guidelines to follow, and clearances are required. Current volunteers have received a mailing to explain what they need to volunteer. You may always review current requirements on our parish website. Download the requirements by clicking here. Please submit all completed forms to the Parish Services Office in the Mullin Ministry Center.
Please click here to go to the Office of Child and Youth Protection's Training Institute to complete the training on Mandatory Reporting of Suspected Child Abuse. Certificates of completion must be forwarded to the Parish Services Office.
No volunteer will be able to work in the school without all their clearances beginning September 1. Please note that new volunteers WILL NOT have a grace period before starting any volunteer service. ALL volunteers MUST take the Protecting God’s Children Class FIRST.
The Protecting God's Children Class will be offered at Saint Elizabeth Parish on September 26, 2019 and February 20, 2020. To register for any Protecting God’s Children Class (including those held at other times at other parishes in the Archdiocese), please click here.
Please call the school office at 610.646.6540 to find out about any volunteer openings that are available.
