Weekly Snapshot #17 - Week of December 15, 2025

Week of December 15, 2025

We are almost there and hanging by very thin threads, but we can do this.  Take this next week to celebrate the JOY that this season brings and rejoice in the knowledge that a two-week break is close.  Thank you all so much for all of your help this week!  I appreciate the pitching in and coverage and offers of help more than you know.

Our St. E’s Twelve Days of Christmas continues.  Participation is optional.  Please see below for details of daily events. If you are feeling like this is overwhelming and you need one less thing to worry about - take it off your list.  We will not think you are a Grinch.

To help you enjoy the season, I just wanted to mention again that the Hallow app is available to you free of charge.  There are countless prayer resources on there to uplift, inspire, and calm us.  I highly recommend it! Here are the instructions:

  1. Go to Hallow.com/redeem on your web browser. If you have an existing premium subscription, cancel that before this step.

  2. Use code SaintElizabethParishPAGP2527free

  3. Follow the instructions to create an account or sign in.

  4. Download the Hallow app and sign in.

  5. Go to the "community tab". If you have not already, join the parish page.

  6. Start praying!

Words of Wisdom for the Week

“If we wish to serve God and love our neighbor well, we must manifest our joy in the service we render to Him and them. Let us open wide our hearts. It is joy which invites us. Press forward and fear nothing.”

- St. Katharine Drexel

Virtue for the Month of December: Generosity

All teachers are teachers of the faith in our school, so all teachers may send to the office at any time throughout the month names of students who are modeling the virtue of stewardship.  Be on the lookout for those students who give from the heart without expecting anything in return.
